Benjamin J. Brown
Executive Director | Economic Development
Leads the EDC’s strategic vision, partnerships, and economic development initiatives. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, he is committed to helping businesses grow and strengthening Jefferson County’s economy.
Gay Schwer
Business Development Manager | SBA 504 Loans
Helps businesses and lending partners across Missouri access SBA 504 financing. With more than 20 years of lending experience, she makes the financing process straightforward and successful.
Tom Stoverink
CDBG Project Manager | Community Development
Oversees Community Development Block Grant projects throughout Jefferson County. His background in contracting helps ensure projects move efficiently from planning through completion.
Judy Jarvis
CDBG Office Manager | Community Development
Coordinates the day-to-day administration of the Community Development Block Grant program. She helps communities navigate program requirements and keeps projects moving forward efficiently.
